This is to inform you that the “ Power of Attorney” (POA) format of NSDL/CDSL has undergone some changes in view of the directions given by SEBI to Stock brokers and Depository Participants to standardize the norms while obtaining POA from the clients.
We have been advised by SEBI to implement the revised POA format latest by September 01, 2010.
You are requested to execute a new POA in our favour as per the enclosed format in Rs.100 stamp paper and send the same back to us with your signature. This will enable us to revoke the existing POA and to execute a new POA in our system simultaneously.
Please ensure that the new POA form executed in Rs. 100 stamp paper duly signed by you reach us latest by 28th August, 2010 to avoid possible rejection of your orders from 1st September, 2010.
